  • Freight
    Shipping The artworks are sent with some of our logistics partners MTAB, Sendify and Schenker. If any delay occurs please contact us at order@mivafineart.com. Delivery is free within Sweden for unframed works of art over SEK 3,000. Normal delivery time is about 7 working days. If you want to buy from us and have the delivery abroad, email us at order@mivafineart.com and tell us which artwork you are interested in and your address, and we will get back to you with the cost of shipping abroad. Once your package is shipped, it normally takes 3-7 business days to deliver, depending on the distributor. Addresses on Gotland and in Norrland normally have a slightly longer delivery time. We make no guarantee for delivery delays. If delivery cannot take place within the agreed time, you will be informed without undue delay of the reason and informed of a new delivery time. If Miva Fine Art cannot remedy the error within a reasonable time and delivery time is of essential importance, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase.
  • Complaint
    Complaints If a product is broken or otherwise defective, you have the right to complain about it. Should the product be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you may complain about the product. Inspect the received product carefully upon receipt. If you receive a package that is broken, notify the distributor immediately upon receipt! You must then take photos of what is damaged or defective. We need the pictures and your order number to be able to help you make a complaint. Contact us immediately at complaints@mivafineart.com We have quality stations that always carefully examine the products you have ordered before we pack and send them to you. If you complain about a product, our customer service will get back to you within seven working days. Do not return any product until our customer service has heard from us. Miva Fine Art art consultants choose whether the error should be corrected or whether you should receive a new product. If you are dissatisfied with a complaint case, you can always contact the General Complaints Board at www.arn.se.
  • Payment
    You have the option of choosing different payment methods. You can select these on the page for the respective artwork. Do you have any questions about payment? Contact us and we will be happy to help you at order@mivafineart.com Payment takes place in connection with the order - unless an invoice or similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by Miva Fine Art. You can always pay and pic up your artwork in one of our galleries in Malmoe or Gothenburg.
  • Artwork Color & Quality
    Artwork color quality We try not to show cropped images, but reserve the right that this may occur. The color reproduction of the artwork differs from the screen image and physical image, thus the resolution of the image and the quality of the computer screen play a big role. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing order@mivafineart.com
  • Force Majeure
    Miva Fine Art shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill any of its obligations due to a circumstance that prevents, delays or aggravates the fulfillment of an obligation under this Agreement. This refers to actions or omissions by authorities, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, shortage of means of transport, goods or energy or serious accidents and failure or delay in connection with deliveries from subcontractors caused by such circumstances as apply during Force Majeure.
  • Cookies
    By law, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed about when cookies are used. Cookies are small text files that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. It is possible to set your browser so that it automatically refuses cookies. More information is available on the Swedish Post and Telecommunications Authority's website. To keep order in the customer basket, cookies (session cookies) are used here, which are stored on the customer's computer.
